This download purchase contains .dfx and .pdf files for the rear right, left, and sliding door as pictured. DXF layers are labeled according to CNC operations. 1 door panel can be made per sheet of 4'x8' plywood. With the .dxf file, the panels can be CNC milled. With the .pdf file, the panels can be printed on a large format plotter and cut using hand tools. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of the sliding door panel, it is NOT one continuous part - see image.

We used 1/4” plywood for our doors. The doors were sealed and backed using Thermal Foil Foam Insulation. The panels were attached using sheet metal tappers and construction adhesive.

We highly suggest making a test version using cardboard or masonite to ensure fit is to your liking. These files fit years 2015 to 2019. There are no refunds for digital files. All sales are final.
